The "AVERS" research and production company has prepared for publication a new Manual for teachers of higher educational institutions and specialists in the field of medicine, biochemistry and biology - "THE EFFECT OF OXYGEN INSUFFICIENCY ON ANIMAL BODY"

The monograph describes in detail the most important regularities of the interaction of oxygen with the constituent organic molecules of animal cells, gives the basic concepts of the biochemical processes occurring in an animal cell under the influence of oxygen and their slowing down with an insufficient amount of oxygen. The main place is given to a systematic description of the processes occurring in the body with a reduced oxygen content in red blood cells, the causes of cell apoptosis during hypoxia are described in detail. The monograph consists of 17 chapters.

According to the results of numerous clinical and biochemical studies, the mechanism of formation of erythropoietins and erythrocytes in general is described in detail. The role of the bone marrow, kidneys and other organs in the reproduction of red blood cells in the body under various pathological conditions is proved. Presents reports of the positive and negative effects of hypoxia and low atmospheric pressure on a person in case of disturbances in the normal functioning of the body, as well as in mental diseases.

A detailed classification of human hypoxic states, their causes and ways to eliminate oxygen debt is presented. It describes the historical background of the introduction of the concept of "desoxia", given its clear definition, the causes and effects on the body.
