Medicine of the future - preventive medicine

Roots of hydro-phototherapy go back to the start of human history. People of ancient Egypt and India used water and light as basic medical and preventive means.  Unique elaborations of the research-and-production company "AVERS" - physiotherapeutic devices which are good examples of devices successfully applied in the medical and preventive purposes. Average age of death is 59 for men, 72 - for women. Annually 200 mil cases of illness are registered (nearby 100 mil are not registered at all), 26 % of them - respiratory tract diseases, 11 % - blood circulatory system, 8 % - digestive system.

There are 1.1 million disabled people in this country. Still, nowadays the responsibility for health of the people is assigned to physicians. Although it is obvious that it is not the doctors, or the system of the public health that determines health of the nation, but rather the social conditions and standard of living. Today the amount of diseases caused by mental stress (alcoholism, depressions, and acute disorders of the cerebral circulation) has increased. Every day about 2 mil patients spend their time in hospital beds. Every year up to 50 mil cases of infectious diseases are recorded. Direct and indirect losses make annually more than 50 billion rubles. The important indication of health of the population is the health of rising generation. However, the figures are not very comforting: 65 % of the schoolchildren have considerable health problems; more than 80 % of them are physically weak. All these facts point out that current methods of treatment are not exactly effective. Current system of public health faces a struggle against existing illnesses and is unable to improve the health of the population. A new strategy of protection and improvement of health is required. A new strategy for ministry of health must be devised and put above all else as a top priority. However a paradoxical situation was again created: practical public health services cannot buy and introduce new techniques and new technologies, whereas, medical science, due to it, does not receive orders for the development of new technologies. The future public health services have to pay attention to development of modern technologies in the fields of physical therapy and natural methods of preventive medicine. Even more paradoxical the situation looks if new unique devices appear. These devices for prophylaxis and treatment of disorders in respiratory tract, cardiovascular system, skin diseases and muscular system although they have passed clinical testing and have got all registration notes from the Ministry of health service and social development, are not claimed as are unfamiliar to certain official from the same department. The device has passed clinical testing in Research Center for Children’s Health Russian Academy of Medical Science (Director - academician A.A.Baranov), rheumatology unit. Results: 60 % - excellent, 30 % - good, 10 % - satisfactory. No side effects or negative reaction were recorded. Biocenosis of the oral cavity has become normal on the second day.

Unfortunately, the slogan proclaimed by our medical scientists more than a century ago: "Medicine in the future is a preventive medicine" remains only as just a slogan; "Let's support our home producer" sounds funny. Where would one need to look to get through to the Ministry of Health and the social development of the Confederation of Russia?

 

In the end I would like to say, optimistically, that our people have been always living in accordance with the proper laws, different from the spirit of the epoch and they will understand, themselves, whether they need false medications which are produced so widely here or, are imported, and they will accept natural means of prophylaxis and treatment with water, light, healthy food and body exercises, again.
