AVERS-Shower device is intended for using as a preventive therapeutic device in medical institutions, convalescent hospitals and rehabilitation centers, homes for elderly people, health resort institutions and also in home conditions.

The device is made in form of a common shower header with built-in micro-generator producing 4.5 V due to water movement, which provides the operation of monochromatic emitters of various wavelengths. The light spectra (blue, green and red) change automatically every 20 seconds. The device has also a control panel. Thanks to this one it is possible to choose a necessary light spectrum in curing a certain disease and also turn on therapeutic resonance frequencies 10 Hz and 50 Hz, where 10 Hz frequency is to stimulate heart muscles and 50 Hz frequency is to activate spinal cord activity in the reproduction of erythrocytes and hemoglobin.

Based on the findings by Niels Finsen, a Noble-prize winner, that in pushing on a living tissue, light penetration increases in tens of times, we have worked out the AVERS-Shower photo-therapeutic device. This unique device combines simultaneous effect of two curative factors on the body: light and water sprays.

Water has curative properties. Depending on temperature and pressure of water sprays it can have various curative effects. When water and light are acting in combination (i.e. water conducts light), these two factors enhance the curative action of each of them in having their effect on human body on the skin.

In exposure to water sprays conducting light (in visible spectrum), it is necessary to choose an optimal water temperature (20 – 40ºC) and pressure of water sprays on the skin. Recommended distance from the Focusing Header to the skin surface is 5 – 7 cm; in such a way the light spots should be bright. The shower should be run over all the body evenly (not quickly), including the head’s hair cover and nails. Light spectra change every 20 seconds automatically (when the device runs in automatic regime).

If you have bruises (haematomas), you should spend more time just on these places. Water temperature must not exceed 25°C.

Curative effect of light has been known long ago and used by famous physicians of the ancient world: Hippocrates, Celsius, Herodotus, etc. for hygienic and curative purposes. Simultaneous effect of water sprays and light making massaging and irritating effects on skin enhances luminous flux absorption by the human body surface.

All the spectra are absorbed by certain molecules and have different effect on a living body.

Blue:

It influences on hypophysis, parasymphathetic nervous system, thymus gland; it has antibacterial properties; aids in the control of infections, fevers; it is effective against affection of the throat, constrictions, headaches, heartbeats, intestinal disorder, rheumatism. Significant curative effect is noted in patients suffering from thyroid diseases and also gynecological diseases. Blue spectrum is effective for the control of asthma, inflammatory lung diseases (it removes slime), pertussis, icterus, torminas, constrictions. It has curative effect in case of hypochondria, hysteria, epilepsy, neuroses, lassitude, insomnia. In ophthalmology, it is successfully used in therapy of inflammatory eye diseases and for the control of leukoma, cataract, glaucoma.

Psycholeptic effect of blue color includes sedative, myorelaxation and soporific effect. Tranquility and muscular relaxation occurs; cogitation rate, speech motor activity, speech expression reduces, anxiety reduces. A combination of blue color and yellow color in use do not retard volition and thinking ability. The wavelengths of 435 nm, 450 nm and 460 nm are most effective (antibacterial effect, hemoglobin activation, transfer of bilirubin into water soluble form). Blue spectrum has favorable effect on restoration and activation of organic synthesis reactions of tricarbonic acid cycle (Krebs cycle).

Green:

It has effect on cardiovascular and vegetative nervous system, releases constrictions of unstriped muscles of vessels and bronchi; it reduces activity of tropic hormones; it has sedative effect on central nervous system, releases heartbeats, arrhythmia, reduces arterial tension.

As far as therapy is concerned, green color is effective for the control of hypertension, headaches, neuroses, stresses, neurasthenic syndromes, insomnia, lassitude, bronchial asthma. In ophthalmology, it is used in glaucoma, accommodation constriction, myopia, dystrophia of retina, to release asthenopic phenomena in long visual performance at small distances. It has positive effect on reactivation of kidney and renal gland activity. It promotes activation and restoration of endocrine glands functions.

When green color is absent, affectability, nervousness, irritability and unreasonable activity increases; rage, anger, suspicion becomes higher. It is a harmonizing color. It reduces agitation, unrest, reduces emotional tension. It has soporific effect. It stabilizes emotions, reduces vessel constriction, enhances micro-circulation.

Red:

It has sympathicotonic, antidepressant and thymoerectic effects: tropic hormones activity becomes higher, metabolic activity intensifies, heart and breathing rate increases, cardiac activity normalizes, congestive phenomena disappear, arterial tension increases. Red color energy improves appetite, sexual desire (libido), will, accelerates thinking rate, enhances performance efficiency, persistency, vision strength, stimulates immunity. It has high curative effect in case of gastric and duodenal ulcer and also against dermal diseases.

Red color use is effective in the therapy of flu and viral diseases of upper respiratory tracts, hypotonia, hypochondria, flaccid paralyses and also dermal signs of some diseases: measles, lupus, arthragra, rose/erysipelas, chicken pox, scarlatina. In ophtalmology, it is used in case of myopia, heterophthalmia, retina dystrophias.

The device is intended to prevent and cure the following diseases:

Therapeutic capacities of the device are of special importance in the preventive treatment and therapy of diabetes mellitus in Type 1 and Type 2 patients. After 7 – 14 – 21 days, provided that the device was used on a daily basis in the time of hygienic procedures (in the morning and in the evening), blood glucose level reduced from 14 mmol/l to 5-7 mmol/l. After the treatment procedure, the blood glucose level reduced to 4.2 – 4.8 mmol/l. Everything occurred without insulin or drugs.
